Ideas 
Meeting with script writers to determine what the script will be about and how it will run, it was also a time to drain storm ideas for the script and write it down so the script writers can encourparate it.

Script
The first draft of the script was created and we went though thoughts and ideas about it and saw what we had to change and made not’s on all the changes we thought.

Final script
The final script was presented and after approval that was the script we are going to use.

Story board 
After reading though the script we worked with the story board writers to create a story board for the film. The story board writers got confused on some aspects so we got them incontact with the script writers and director to help one another out to make it all work.

Shot list
Meeting with the shot writers to make the shot list so we can start to film. In the meeting we descused getting the shot writers to work with the script writer, story board wirters and director to make the shot list run smoothly..

This meeting was for to finalize the final shot list and make the appropriate changes to the list to make the filming run more smoothly as we felt some points were a little unfinished looking so we had to change a few things but besides that it was all good.

We met with the director and film crew to run though the shot list and have them prepared to know what they need to do at what deadlines.

All locations were finalized and we had to go though dangers of each location so we could work the appropriate people and film crew so everything could run smoothly.

Went though all locations and showed them our main concerns on the dangers.

lighting 
We had a meeting with the lighting people so we knew what times we need the lighting at and what where we will need it for certain shots.
17th Feb

We had the first day of filming and had a catch up with the film crew to see how everything went and if everything is going ok.
28th Feb

Checking up to see if everything in going to plan and things are on time. We found out we had one problem with one sight because of the weather so we decided to move to the next location and come back to this one so we will be able to finish on time.
7th March

Talking about filming in location 2, talking about how we can change the scene a bit to make it look more futuristic, but they had a problem when filming, the problem was there were to much public activity in the area so filming got disrupted so we decided to get more security and inform the police so we could control the public movement and help with better filming.

Filming has finished and this is the final meeting to see if we have all the shots so we can start to edit, we weren’t happy with some shots so we are going to have to retake them but besides that everything in on time and is all good.

We all had to descuse how we can work with one another to get the work done fast and on time so we have made mini deadline so we are able to have things matchup.
