list of tools used for editing

These are some of the tools and techniques i used to create my opening sequence.

i used 3 pieces of software to create my opening sequence, the pieces of software i used were: Adobe after affects, adobe premier pro and adobe audition.

I used adobe audition to cut up the sound tracks and to change the volume of each sound clip to make them all have even sound levels through out.

I used Adobe after affects to edit all my drone clips, the way in which i did this was:

• i turned down the colour to make it black and white.
• I then when on to adding pixels to the shots to make it look like it is electronic.
• I also added a affect over the clips to add static lines, making it look like the video is being live streamed.
• I also added moving text along the bottom of the clips to make it seem like the drone is getting commands. 
• for some of the clips i used the zoom in feature to zoom into some clips make it look like the camera has actually zoomed in. 
• after doing all that i exported the clips so they stay like this and from there i put them into premier pro to edit them together. 

I used premier pro to edit the clips together and link the sound to some clips. 

• i used key framing and opacity to get my production companies to fade in and out smoothly.
• i then used the razor tool to cut the sound clips and extract the relevant sounds i want.
• i then went onto grouping specific sounds to certain clips which allowed me to move them around but still have them linked. 
• i also used blank clips to add text over to allow me to make the ending to show the name of the film.
• i used the text to to overlay text onto my clips, i did this to add production companies and producers.
